Crime of the Century was the 1st album I ever listened to with headphones front to back. A wonderful experience. You can listen to any song off this album and be impressed.
  • @RockChickFace
One of the best albums ever made. Lyrically, melodically and what a production. Do the whole album
  • @Newfie-zc7ug
Without a doubt the MOST underrated group ever in Rock. Never talked about among the big boys. JMHO :)
  • @WMalven
Brother Biz, you'll want to spend a LOT of time listening to Supertramp. Check Out the songs, "Take the Long Way Home," "School," "Bloody Well Right," "Give A Little Bit,""Even In The Quietest Moments," "Goodbye Stranger," "The Logical Song," and just about everything else they have done. I consider Supertramp to be the equal of Steely Dan for consistent quality and great songs.

Supertramp are masters of dynamics. Great prog rock band. Goodbye Stranger, The Logical Song, Take The Long Way Home, School, Fool's Overture, Crazy, If Everyone Was Listening, Crime Of The Century, Brother Where You Bound.... They have far too many great songs to list here, try one of the above, and go from there. Peace

So many great tracks from this band. Crime of the century, School, dreamer, asylum, bloody well right, child of vision, and many, many, many more. The British bands in the 70’s were so creative and talented. Not just Supertramp, but Genesis, Pink Floyd, Yes, 10cc. The list goes on and on.

This is an S Tier band. Loved your reaction, it's always exciting watching somebody listen to one of your favorite bands for the first time. What's next for Supertramp? Where do I begin? How about their song called "School" ❤️👍
  • @marcpoitras1785
Supertramp is one of the best bands ever. The entire Crime of the Century album is a masterpiece. It's worth listening to from start to finish as there is a progression throughout the album. It starts out with school if that gives you a hint of the progression.

Rudy was a song that grew on me. As a kid it wasn't my favourite, but as I've grown it's become a song I really relate to.
  • @eddhardy1054
They're a British Prog Rock band who were huge in the late 70s. They're named after a book 'The Autobiography of a Supertramp' and they are awesome. Other songs of theirs to try include Hide in Your Shell, Give a Little Bit & Fool's Overture. 😊
  • Along with pink floyd, rush, sophisticated band with fun easy listening. Supertramp is one super group of several.

Cant believe this was your pick for a first for Supertramp. You found a masterpiece among masterpieces. My favorite Supertramp song. The confusion of the album cover is because it is a best of album cover showing. The image is made up of different parts from all their album covers. "Bloody Well Right" is my next favorite, though there are a lot of good ones from this band.

Dude, totally agree, epic, trippy fire masterpiece here for all 7+ minutes. I got this album when it came out before they were famous and it blew my mind. Other ones by them I recommend: “School”, “Hide in Your Shell”; “Take the Long Way Home”; “Downstream”; “Don’t Leave Me Now”, “Crime of the Century”, “A Soapbox Opera”, “Breakfast in America”. Enjoy…
  • @alrivers2297
Supertramp is definitely worth diving into. Especially anything off their Breakfast in America or Crime of the Century albums. That picture you have up there is a combination of the 2 albums I mentioned above
  • @leoscone4036
Supertramp knew how to build songs. You're gonna have fun listening to these guys. Top notch. Blessings.
  • @extdiso
Off the same album, try “Hide in Your Shell”. But as other people have mentioned, every song on this album is amazing! You cannot go wrong
  • @claimguy
What this is is one of the greatest bands ever. They were far more popular in Canada than the US, at least prior to Breakfast in America. Peerless musicians who knew what being in a band meant. No showing off -everything about the song and everyone contributes. Musical literature.
  • @bethhowton2719
Anything from Super Tramp is fabulous. " School", " Hide in you Shell", really every song on " Crim of the Century" would be great. Then anything else. Enjoy
  • @handy905
Go for it! The world needs more Supertramp! :-) Thanks for the reaction.
  • I can't begin to explain how much I love Supertramp. I think I know every single word to every single song they've ever put out. I'm surprised I have working speakers left in my car. When I put Supertramp on, I have to set the cruise control because if I don't I'll likely get a speeding ticket. It's most definitely worth diving into! You owe it to yourself as a man to learn what this band is about! Get it Biz!
