21:00 - I agree that there’s no real definition to a Dynasty, but most people agree you need at least 3 rings and usually were the favorite for the years you didn’t win. I’m a Giants fan, people call our 3 rings in 5 years a “Dynasty”. But we missed the playoffs the other years, and were never the favorites.
