Azurill broke out of all those Net Balls because it's technically a Normal type and Net Balls are meant for Water and Bug types

1-Misty did indeed get her bike back at the end of the Johto generation as she,ash and Brock split ways 2-Goldeen has access to peck since it is done by a horn or a beck

Could try a May run in the future? Add some extra padding by doing contests, and maybe try to make things a little harder by only giving each Pokemon moves of a specific contest category (Cute/Cool/Beauty/etc). Maybe do it in Ruby or Sapphire so you're actually traveling to the contest halls instead of Emerald where they're all done in Lilycove?
