"why they doin that, man?" Yeah sure bro, your biggest problem here is definitely a few broken windows.

I’m glad the doggo was okay, shaken but okay.

Does the NJ fire department not believe in SCBA’s??? Why aren’t any of those dudes masked up so close to the fire. They were literally on the roof venting without masks…???

The home owners were just casually stood over the others idea of the street until the fire brigade came then they suddenly came running across the road screaming and shouting that kids were inside and trying to get into them. Strange

I am a retired 20 year veteran firefighter. The reason we broke the windows and cut holes in roofs and walls was to ventilate. It releases the heat and gases hence taking fuel from the fire making it easier to knock down.

I had an attic fire..fire is truly sucky…major understatement too..

Peterson FD is way to hectic and panicing. I get it, the scene can be stressful and everything, but when the chief is yelling and hectic, no wander one fire fighter at 9:09 even gets his helmet smashed off... Again, I've been in situations like this, but at least one guy has to be a calming presents... work fast and serious, but not panicking.

3:22 this house probably looks better after the fire.

That first one was a tough watch. Dont open doors without a line ready to flow water, quit smashing windows, it just gives oxygen to the fire and PLEASE wash your gear. All that soot you leave on your gear is just cancer trying to seep into your skin.

At 9:10 the guy with the hose hits his buddy in the head
