Andrew! After using the Instant Pot a few times you will notice that the silicone sealing ring (it's in the lid) will start to smell funky...Take a gallon ziplok bag and put 1/2 a box of baking soda in it and after washing (and drying) the ring store it in the bag with the baking soda it will remove the stink from the silicone!
