"The last thing I'm going to tell you is not a question, but I just want to tell you that a world final is coming, and although we all want to win the cup, I want to tell you that beyond the result, there's something that no one will take away from you. You've touched the lives of every Argentine, truly, I tell you. There isn't a kid who doesn't have your jersey, whether it's the original, the fake, or the invented or imaginary one. Seriously, you've left a mark on everyone's life, and that, for me, is bigger than any World Cup. No one will take that away from you – it's a thank you for a moment of immense happiness that you made so many people experience. Really, I hope you carry that in your heart because I believe it's more important than a World Cup, and you already have that. So, thank you, Captain." Thanks Sofi for the kinds words to the Captain.

How can we hate Messi? * He's a pure footballer * Best team player in the history of football * The most unselfish player in world football * No Sexual allegations yet * Didn't even touch other women because of the fear of social media and other Anti Messi things * Completely Monogamous towards his wife Only some of Ronaldo portugal brazil Real madrid fans hates Messiah because Messi was like a Nightmare for them🤷

Messi did not come a rich family, he had problems with his growth so his Dad took him from Argentina to Spain( Barcelona) so that he could get treatment cox his family and his boyhood club in Argentina could not pay. Barca decided to pay so he stayed and he was taking injections every night for him to grow a little taller he is 5,7 tho so imagine they didn't get the treatment. He is so humble. And do you know what his goal celebration means?? Its a tribute to his Grandmother who introduced him to football cox him mom was scared because he was very little, but his Grandma passed away before he could even play professional football so he raises his hand to point in heaven to thank her.Just watch Messi's story from this YouTube channel - Daily dose of football, they have his life story from the begining

Not only being the Greatest player EVER , but he is by far the most humble and kind one as well. Living proof that you don't need a big ego to be a big man! The GOAT of Football - Lionel Andress MESSI ❤🐐🐐🐐

In Argentina, they worship him now, but you have no idea the amount of hate and criticism he has endured for literally more than a decade for not winning a thropy with his country (even tho he was always their best player). It was so intense that at one point, in the middle of his prime, he retired from national football and dyed his hair blonde. Luckly, he has never given up and at this point, his lifelong journey to win the world cup is something straight out of theatre. Even better, fiction can never be this good.

0:35 this is one of the reasons why football is so amazing. You can play the game and be good in it no matter if you're 5'4 or 6'4

A couple of answers to some questions you guys had. 1st, the Netherlands players ran onto the pitch because the Argentinian player kicked the ball hard into their bench, this was because of a foul a few moments earlier on Messi. 2nd, when messi is saying “what are you looking at fool” he’s talking to Netherlands forward Wout Weghorst, who actually scored both goals for the Netherlands after coming into the game as a substitution. 3rd if it wasn’t for Argentina’s Goalkeeper Emiliano “Dibu” Martinez, Argentina would have lost that final. That save in the 123rd minute(final minute of the game) of extra time is the greatest save in the history of football. He not only received a raise or a medal, he won the World Cup’s Golden Glove(best keeper), he also won FIFAs Best Keeper award, among others. He also received a Hero’s welcome on his first game back in his premier league club Aston Villa. All in all this was the greatest World Cup final ever played, Mbappe scored a hat trick and Messi became the first player ever to score a goal in every stage of the World Cup.
  • If you try to imagine a perfect football player. only one image comes to mind. The most complete football player messi♾️
  • @steynhurter2231
There will never be another no. 10 like him for Argentina. It helps that the no. 10 shirt will retire with him😂😂 All jokes aside , Messi is the goat. Nobody can argue with the stats. For all those who say that he doesn't have the most goals, Messi has the highest goal average and he is also the most decorated player ever. There are many legends, but we have to give credit where due. Football would be boring without him and Ronaldo. Their rivalry helped both reach higher heights.

Its not so much about being worshipped but just imagine how good someone has to be to the point that people take the person's presence as a literal boon
