It is almost beyond comprehension that SCOTUS would be called to decide if the President had complete powers to commit any crime and not be called to account. The President is elected to serve within the framework of the Constitution. The President is subordinate to the law, NOT ABOVE THE LAW.

Has SCOTUS figured out yet that a president with absolute immunity can do away with them?

Justice Alito's line of questioning sounds like a bought-and-paid-for Trump zombie. His comment "eclipses are rare too" was totally unprofessional.

The ONLY reason to hear the case was to HELP TRUMP delay and obstruct justice on his behalf.

It's not compelling or incumbent upon this class of SCOTUS Justices, to decide Trumps immunity case, with future Presidents, in mind. Why? Just like this case, future politics could present 360 degree opposite challenges, with no applicable precedent, to guide the court. It's called jurisprudence, and just like the disputed claims of originalist constitutional interpretations today, interpretations in future rulings, may not draw from todays, case precedents. In other words, they may have to make their own, law.

If Trump wins this judgement, that means it applies to Biden as well. Will that stop MAGAs from continually posting about having Biden imprisoned?

I'm not sure how you got through that report without once mentioning the difference between official actions within office, vs actions unrelated to his duties. Preventing the peaceful transfer of power is not his job, his decisions and actions about that should not enjoy immunity.
