I want to be selfish I want to water my green plants they deserve water more then people, they are there for me and I am special😂, people are pitiful, now I know why I don't try to make new friends, to many imbeciles out there

If citizens cant water , then no more multi-story apartments with 500 plus tenants can be added to a system or city ..Also construction should be halted. Army corp. can dig the lakes deeper. One more thing, dont tell us when we can water, if its twice a week let me choose the days..
