  • @Hammox
Lars Ulrich belongs in both the worst and best category
  • Damn right Dave's hair is god-tier. Fucking legendary locks. When it was down in his face during a song it was like a gorgeous mop spitting gibberish into the mic.
  • @NicoBorie
Haha really enjoyed this one! But Jasonā€™s was iconic in my opinion, that style rules and a lot of people give credit to Jason for it.

Iā€™d personally put Jasonā€™s hair in iconic, not because of its style, but because of its use, during shows back in the day he would do these massive headbangs and windmills, basically did the whole corpsegrinder thing before corpsegrinder
  • @alxjfos
Robert Plant should have been God Tier. The man literally invented the ā€œRock Godā€ archetype
  • @agx8447
People are sleeping on Kirk, his hair looks incredible and is still going strong into his sixties
  • @user-ol7bt4wp1j
Axl Rose had some God Tier looking Red Hair Same for Sebastian Bach also early 70ā€™s Ozzy had some real nice hair especially for headbanging Look at his live performance in Paris he is absolutely banging it.

Hetfield's 80s and then 90s mullet Hair Iconic Cliff Burton hair from the 80s Max Cavalera braided hair from mid nineties Ozzy's hair all these years Zakk Wylde had amazing hair. Personally my favorite, Brian May rocked the dark and now grey curly hair equally
  • @b_dgamer2192
Cliff Burton's and Tom Araya's hair is god tier
  • My personal favorite is early 90's Chris Cornell (RIP king). I have a real soft spot in my heart for the grunge musicians of that time period, and Chris looked the best out of all those guys. People who know him better for his later work probably picture him with his shorter hair by default, but to me he will always be the handsome guy from Soundgarden with hair and abs like Jesus.
  • @NuMetalDad
Was very happy to see Mustaine up there. I used to aspire to get that hair. Unfortunately I would always end up cutting it. I have to say though, I can't believe a list like this exists without Sebastian Bach. šŸ˜”
  • @DravekMusic
I would choose Bruce Dickinson and Jason Newsted as iconic and classic! I see even young girls who are into metal and have their hairstyle.
  • @sVieira151
Funnily enough Devin's skullet is simultaneously god tier and cut it off m8.
  • @jazzmo5893
that is just outrageous. Robert Plant's hair has always been extremely well-nourished. iconic. besides, Slash's hair is way fluffier and therefore better than Marty Friedman's hair. I'd like to add Sebastian Bach from Skid Row and Axl Rose to that list. the volume and liveliness in Bach and the silky touch in Axl's hair... they both looked fabulous back in the day :D
  • @Dakotako
Robert Plantā€™s hair is definitely iconic. Bruce Dickinsonā€™s mullet is ā€œNot good but iconicā€.
  • @Callumiller_
Surprised Kerry Kingā€™s set of luscious hair didnā€™t make it! šŸ¤”

Excuse me, but how can you make a video about the best hair in metal and not even mention Sebastian Bach??? His hair in the late 80s and early 90s looked absolutely stunning. It had a lot of volume and density and a strong hairline as well. And even bleached, it still looked healthy and strong, that's how you know how good his hair actually is. I totally aggree though with Gene Simons being ranked last. Definitely the most horrendous hairstyle in history. Anyway, seeing Robert Halford here made me realise this list was never intended to be taken seriously.
  • I love how Rob is in the 2nd best Hair-Tier without even having hair.
  • I can't believe Dee Snider wasn't in that list. Definitely one of the most iconic of all time.
