Hey Ren. I have some Menards items, but I haven't bought any of their new engines. I was able to buy a complete O-scale Menards train set at my local train show last fall from 2011. It was built by Lionel. It came with the Milwaukee Road USRA 0-8-0 steam switcher, flat cars with lumber loads, crane, and a caboose. It's a neat set. The caboose you bought is a bay window caboose. Menards consider their train items as a seasonal Christmas item. They will move them to the sales floor area from the mezzanine in early fall around October sometime. Usually behind the registers where the swimming items were stocked for summer and will remain there until around February. Early fall is the best time to find the best selection. It's at least double of what they keep in the mezzanine. Its an entire half of an isle. They only ever stock a minimal amount of a few of their online offerings. What you see is all you'll ever get. They don't even seem to make much of an attempt to bring in additional stock once they run out during the season. What ever they don't sell during the Christmas season, the picked over items are moved back to the mezzanine until fall and remain there untill it's time to be put out with the new seasonal items. To save on shipping, Menards gives you the option, when ordering from their online store to ship to a store of your choosing for free and they provide tracking on your order.
