They gave Tails an intro to Sonic 3. In the original he simply started by just standing there. There's a LOT in this collection. So glad they put a ton of effort into it.

The fact they reassured Sonic CD fans that the original animations would be in game genuinely shows how much love and care the team has for this game collection ❤

Gotta say, I love this announcer's charisma! Also, Tails absorbing a video? Could this mean that, on top of his other abilities, he also has the ability to copy abilities?! Looks like Kirby and Mega Man have some more company, then!

Now I’m not only more excited for this game. But that was adorable. Tails’s little nod when he said “does that mean you absorbed the cutscene?” And the way sonic looked unamused when he told him to slow down was chef’s kiss

I can almost BET they'll include Sonic Spinball as an unlockable because of that island on the menu, it's the same one where that game takes place. The game was also released on the Genesis, so it's part of classic Sonic as well.

I think it’s just an awesome detail that they used 3D Blast’s and Spinball’s environment as mission and museum modes on the menu. That’s a really nice detail.

I can't wait to see the new animated cutscenes like Tails was chasing Sonic and concept arts from the museum in the game! Totally hyped for this!

Idk what was funnier, Sonic refusing to slow down at the beginning or the fact that Tails had to confirm that he somehow absorbed a cutscene. 😂😂 This compilation looks so good. I can’t wait to get it and finally get to play Sonic 3 and Knuckles after so long of it not being featured. As for the others… you can never have too many copies of Sonic 1, 2, and CD, right? 😂😂

Loving to see how much love they put into these remasters, reminds me of a lot of a modern Sonic Gems Collection. Even though it’s missing some of the original (Michael Jackson) music it’s also so good to have Sonic 3 & knuckles widely available. Looking forward to finally playing a widescreen version of one of the best Sonic games ever!

This is what 3D Mario All Stars should have done / looked like. Such a beautiful job done with everything here for Sonic Origins and buttery smooth.
