Thank you Kyle. Even though I protect myself morning and evening. I find that when I am emotionally linked with family and friends, these days my protection dissipates. I don’t always remember to cleanse and don’t always have the opportunity to cleanse straight after when I’ve taken on their problems or issues. Sometimes I feel their physical ailments before they tell me. As a healer, if I don’t feel that it is my body’s pain, I now send love and healing to whoever the pain belongs to. This has really helped me Love and light to you and all 🌈💜

Thank you , Kyle. I have heard you say this often and it does work. I have someone I work with that drains me quickly. When I see her I immediately excuse myself and do these steps. One time I was picturing the Angels cutting the cord and suddenly it was as if a fire was rising from the ground like a Phoenix that quickly burned away all the cords and negative energy. That kind of surprised me as I wasn't expecting it, but I felt calm and quite immediately. I then preceded with the other steps and returned to work. But you are right I need to remember to do this before I leave the house.
