Having broke my hand a few months ago and going through an extended period without the ability to lift weight I noticed a severe loss in grip strength and forearm definition. After the healing process was done it was time to get back to work and I challenged myself to a 30 day forearm transformation. I used a range of methods but the grip strengthener was a vital tool in my routine which certainly served a useful purpose to me.

Don’t use gripper every single day take 2 to 3 days rest and workout 5 days in a week. If You eat healthy it will be super effective.

Such a chill and Honest video, mate Really appreciated it. Keep up the good work! Would love to see a 100 day or like a longer transition. Much love from the other side of the world!
  • Good stuff! Don't forget to include your forearm extensors in future workouts. A wrist roller with a 5 or 10 lb plate should do it.

I broke my wrist and lost all grip strength, I used rice bucket training to strengthen it again. I would love to see a video like this one on it. Great video!!

I feel like normal dumbells/kettlebells are the superiour for forearms and grip, i have 5-12kg kettlebells and some dumbells so i can do every muscle on forearms with different easy movements. deadhangs are good too i do max x 5 with rest time between sets is the time i hanged, good on my wrist
