Here's 5 of the BEST Fallout 4 settlement mods for you to play. In the last video we covered some of the most popular Fallout 4 settlement mods on the internet, with all of them being available on PC and XBOX in some form! This time, these mods are for PC only, but if you find them available for XBOX please let me know in the comments so I can make corrections here in the description. ALL Settlement mods you see in this video are linked below in the description :)

Our very first Settlement mod is Immersive Vendors, which seeks to make Fallout 4 settlement vendor stalls a little more lively and far more fitting to be among society. The mod makes good use of static assets to create pleasing set dressings for when the vendor shops are open.

Number 2 is Useful Deco Buildings, providing massive bonuses of all sort such as Settler Happiness and power generation to settlements. If you struggle with settlement happiness in Fallout 4 I would absolutely give this mod a look as it requires minimal effort and adds maximum smiles.

3 is Settlement Object Expansion Pack which adds thousands of new objects to the Fallout 4 Settlement workbench and even adds some non-lore friendly options for those of you who want all sorts of objects to build with, regardless of tone or condition. It also works seamlessly with the premier posing mod in the community, Screen Archer Menu, and adds lighting options to be used with Camera Mode. A must-have for Fallout 4 photographers and builders alike.

Number 4 is cVc Dead Wasteland, which greatly expands on the Fallout 4 vanilla settlement building with 2000 new objects added to the workbench. All of the options are carefully made to ensure they are as accurate to the tone and feel of a post-apocalyptic wasteland as possible. Essential for Vanilla+ playthroughs

Number 5 is a fun mod and just a personal favourite of mine, Ziplines and Treehouses will add exactly that to your settlement; there are 8 different Treehouses you can build and they are all aesthetically distinct. A breath of fresh air compared to the 2000-object mods we've been seeing so far and the ziplines add a lot of fun to vertical Fallout 4 settlement building.
