How is only the headline the statement? Isn’t the headline just a matter of opinion? The entire op-Ed is defamatory, the headline isn’t. The headline reads “I spoke up against sexual violence and faced our cultures wrath.” That in and of itself isn’t defamation, right? So this might be bad for JD
