This on the Model SS16> If you are having problems with Pod button> I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

I have the one on the left It started leaking on the very top where you put the water there's like a plastic connection It's like two of them connected together It's right behind Where you will put your coffee I can see steam and water bubbling out of it when I make coffee do you know what part that's called and where I can get the replacement or can I even replace it or fix it
