in reaching out I am left with yet more concerns as I again get met with more justification and the main of my concerns ignored I reached out again in response to clarify what I meant the first time to get the problems addressed

    Watch this video to the end......HE HAS A GOOD POINT. IF you have a game that is predominantly children played (under 18 is a child) then you should PROTECT the kids. Epic got into a lot of trouble not protecting the kids' accounts and had to fix it. Kind of creepy to see this stuff and seeing how it's being handled. I appreciate the many admins and all those that are volunteers, and I'm so thankful people are around doing that. I get everyone needs to rely on systems and things to tell them but if you have someone trying to talk to you about it and point out some problems and the reply is I don't want to hear it, that makes me sad. Sometimes listening just matters and is why companies spend big money on getting consumers opinions. In this case, having to depend on the technology its rough. As an admin myself for the last few years, I take the safety and security as well as the enjoyment of game play as top priorities for our gamers and our own clan/team members. We can never be to careful, to comfortable or to reliant on certain things. It is not easy to balance and the more people you have the more chances you have of something coming up you will have to deal with. I commend the employees, content creators, and volunteers that help big online and gamer groups that have to deal with stuff every day. It is a hard balance, a lot of work and people are way to underpaid and provided for, for the things they have to deal with and see. Its traumatizing. Sorry you going through this Mr. CanKnotNot, I've followed you since the beginning and you are one of the few family focused, content creators and gamers I like and enjoy spending time online with. I am thankful that you care about stuff like this and dedicate a lot of your time trying to make the gaming world accessible and safe for everyone that wants to be a part of it.
