Proper hydration promotes healthier skin and can aid in weight management by reducing feelings of hunger. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and muscle cramps, and other issues. Therefore, consistently drinking enough water, approximately 7 glasses a day, is vital for optimal physical and mental performance and maintaining overall health.

    I battle Cystic Fibrosis! I have found that drinking (I try for 2 litres a day) water thins the phlegm and looses my chest, so I breathe easier. The problem with drinking water is that you always have to pee. 🤷‍♀️🇨🇦
