Skyrim - First time ENCOUNTER of friendly Necromancer SELVENI?!!

Wuz up, and WELCOME. So, I was doing a quest from Aela to get the Totem of the Werewolf and I've already claimed the 3rd Totem in Southfringe cave or whatever name it was. I came across Selveni for the very first, and all the hrs I've been playing Skyrim from last year to now I not ever noticed this before.
