Final Fantasy XIV - ERROR 11000002 - SOLVED(ish)

2017-07-02に共有
So i looked into this game and bought the starter version, installed the game (which was a bitch because of the "not so use friendly" website).

To find out that after 5 minutes of playing i got booted out with the ERROR 11000002 message..

Here is a way of fixing it so you can actually play the game, eventhough i think they should be ashamed that this problem isnt fixed yet. Digging on the internet i saw that this is a wide spread problem which is ruining the experience for tons of players. AMD and the developers of Fonal Fantasy XIV are doing F#$K all to fix this..

Hope it works for you guys!

  • I tried everything!! updated all drivers, have everything running smooth as butter but still the game kept crashing.. :-(
  • Thank you! Tride everything ells nothing worked and this simple fix was all that was needed .

Lol thank you man, that is the only thing that worked. After all the "fixes" in forums, finally....
  • Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System shows "nvlddmkm" To resolve this: Disable Nvidia G-Sync Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings, scroll down to "Vertical sync" And set PhysX to Nvidia Nvidia Control Panel > Configure Surround, PhysX > PhysX Settings > Processor: "NVIDIA GeForce" Since then, no more issues.
  • This game is the only one that crashes for me even when I play Overwatch at maximum settings I get no crashes. The game is very sensitive in terms of using other apps in the background I get more frequent crashes if the internet browser is open or any app that use gpu usage. I have it on standard settings and it crashes still happen but at least my gpu is super quiet
  • Rolling back to DX9 is the only thing that works for me, now in early 2020. As others have noted, being forced to play in DX9 is not a fix, and Square Enix has been very lax in solving this long-time issue.
  • Never had this issue till 5.3 changed no settings i wonder what makes this error happen its honestly frustrating
  • tried this but when I logged into my game the game just kept flashing. I tried reducing the settings but it still kept doing it. dumbest error
  • yesterday i overclocked my 1070 gtx and playing at 4k texture, i also using evga overclocking tool and try to limit the frame to 58 fps. Today i turn the frame target off it crashed, i also turn all the overlays off for example geforce experience and discord overlay.Try it out it didnt crash for me yesterday.
  • It's to do with over clocking I think, or I guess for me it was. The game played ok until I over-clocked and then started having fatal direct x error messages. I went back to factory settings and it's playing again. I have this happen wth other games too sometimes. Also with the same solution.
  • played for a month with no issue, suddenly got this today :/ Did some googling about this shitty issue and it seems people said changing to DirectX9 doesn't work, i just tried it either way.. and now the game works..
  • @adex3048
Im basicaly just downloading the game and i get a patch file error
  • @vc4961
im trying msi afterburner and turning down the clock speed all the way
  • @sn7669
If you disable dx11 you are loosing graphics quality as well so keep this in mind. But if it fixes issue it's good.
