  • I feel as if most of the misinterpretations on Naruto are just weird agendas that people are forcing onto others for some reason

Somebody told me rock lee didn't have chakra once so I sent him lee walking on water😭😭😭
  • The part that people refer to as "Neji was right" is in regards to him talking about how those who become Hokage were born for that role. They are essentially destined for greatness. Naruto at the start of the series is basically a black sheep who has to compete with characters who are more talented than he is, which is why a lot of fans root for him. However as time goes on and more is revealed about Naruto, such as him not only being the son of the 4th Hokage but also that the Uzumaki are descended from the Sage of the Six Paths, just like the Uchiha, that Naruto is also the child of two separate prophecies (which according to the Toad Sage always come true) and is the inheritor/reincarnation of Asura, the more it becomes evident that Naruto WAS always destined for greatness. While Neji was wrong in other aspects, he was unwittingly correct in this one.
  • "Hard work trumps talent" was the central theme for the chunin exams and the goal Lee aspires to. "Overcoming Hatred(something the ninja world fosters)" is the overarching theme of the series as well as something Naruto needed to do. Almost every arc in the series had its own theme to follow, but as stated above, the main theme of the series definitely isn't about hard work trumping talent. And if you thought the MC was going to follow what is essentially Lee's theme(who LOST against Gaara in the Chunin Exams) when he has the 9 Tails(that he used against Neji that same arc), I don't know what to tell you.

I think chidori and rakiri are the same in the way rasengan and big ball rasengan are. Kakashi has increased the shape transformation and nature transformation to S tier levels. I do like the idea of encountering lightning gave Kakashi better knowledge of lightning release on some black flash ish.

7:40 THANK YOU for bringing up this point about Naruto forging his own destiny by breaking the cycle of Ashura and Indra incarnates fighting. I rarely ever see anyone bring this up.

I've never understood people saying adult Naruto doesn't have six paths sage mode, Literally look at his eyes...
  • Great video Six, this is one of those videos that definitely needs to exist because with all the jokes, misinformation, anime filler adding things, and probably not having read Naruto (or certain parts of it) in a long time so they believe what the general community opinion is. In other videos he briefly talks about other misconceptions, so definitely check out more of his content if you haven't.
  • I still have no idea why Sasuke never used the Naraka path since it would be extremely useful... literally any time he or naruto got fucked up before his rinnegan got stabbed out by boruto. Seriously, the Naraka path would legit just recover the two of them and they'd be back in action like nothing happened.
  • 11:48 I think what people meant is the showcase of hand sign turned into a novelty instead something that shouldve been kept normalized. Half the time, after part 1, the anime doesnt show handsign and you can clearly see the characters whip out their ninjutsu without any sign weaving.

Another spin on the Rinne Rebirth situation could be that it's more taxing to bring back people who have been dead for some time. I may be remembering wrong but the destruction of the leaf happened in one day. Everyone's been dead for a few hours so it's not too taxing since their souls haven't been gone for too long. Madara has been dead for over 16 years so it makes sense for it to kill Obito. It also adds to the reason Nagato wasn't able to bring back Jiraiya.

This definitely needed to be done. Thank you six 🤝🏾
  • @benwelsh5265
This was an incredibly gratifying and in many instances vindicating watch.
  • You know what the crazy part is a lot of one piece fans love to shit on other series including Naruto claiming Naruto was always this chosen one yet One Piece is basically taking the same route with Luffy but I don’t see anyone complain 🤣 It’s not hard to understand the story you just need to pay attention to it I love both series btw
  • I'm so glad to finally hear someone discuss the shadow clone issue. So many people misunderstand, "Chakra evenly distributed between clones" as I made 4 clones so now each of us has 20% of my chakra. No! I used 10% of my chakra to make 10 clones, so now each one has 1% of my chakra.
  • @benkurai6646
You note no chirping noises, but every scene I could find of Kakashi's Raikiri has them. It's just his form of "Chidori".
  • at least in the anime the misconception that black zetsu him self was the one who killed Madera, i've talk to many people about this for some reason people think madera was already dead when kaguya was revived which isn't true. he was still alive all the way up to the point where the 10 tails got ripped from his body which then he has a brief convo with hashirama, also black zetsu by himself is not madera level he was in control of obito's body at the time and he stabbed him in the back catching him when his guard was down.

I think the misconception people dont get is that Neji vs Naruto was not about Hard work vs Talent. I think it was actually over the fact that Neji believes everyone's state or future is pre-defined and unchangable only because of the class system in his clan that put him, who is far more talented than Hinata below her only because she was born from the older brother. His Uncle. I feel like people think the "hard work vs talent" thing is the theme because of Goku & Vegeta. Naruto was never incapable of ninjutsu. He just didnt take it seriously. Yet from the first day we see him already master transformation and shadow clone without much effort. Naruto tends to master things when he's serious. Like against Mizuki. Naruto was just looked down upon because of his immaturity and the 9 nails, and from that reputation Neji argued that, that is who Naruto is and always would be. Naruto only disproved he was not a loser because of that reputation to Neji who was well respected as a genius on the levels of Sasuke. Naruto wasnt. To me this makes more sense because Naruto ends up beating his reputation and becomes Hokage and helps save the world.

OH MY GOD. DUDE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS 8:02 I still CONTINUE to need to explain to people what the fight between Naruto and Neji was truly about, and why it in fact DOESN'T contradict the themes of the series. I was really hoping you'd touch upon this in the video, but I'm so glad you actually did lmao. You are a legend man
