Here is a video taken by the Redflex Company and an AZDPS's Mobile Unit on Interstate 40 west bound in Flagstaff, AZ on November 11, 2009 at 4:29 PM. This video is being used to cite and fine the wrong vehicles driver. It is the evidence claiming that the second car traveling in the right lane behind a tractor trailer truck is traveling at 79 MPH in a 65 MPH zone, and in a pack with several other cars. The ticket for traveling 79 in a 65 zone was sent to the wrong vehicle's driver while a vehicle from Colorado who might have been speeding is seen passing in the left lane (camera right). The pack of cars lead by the corporately owned truck is doing 65 to 67 MPH, and the cited car could not be doing 79 MPH as claimed by Redflex, or it would be in the trunk of the car in front of it. Clearly, the quality controls being reported by Redflex and AZDPS are not being conducted, and money, not safety, is the motivating factor in these citations. When profit is the motive behind law enforcement, you must watch out, or you might win the unlucky lottery and be the next victim of these corrupt law enforcement devices.

I had my day in court on March 16th. Within 8 minutes of me signing in I was approached by a court representative to have me sign papers agreeing to have the case dismissed. It was most likely because the Redflex employee didn't show up.

This just happened to my husband in Baltimore. He was making a right hand turn and the car two lanes over ran the red light. He was the one that got ticketed. They said he was going 46 mph lol. I'd like to see an SUV go that fast around a 90 degree turn without going up on two wheels or flipping XD And the lane they cited wasn't the lane he was in. Got video of it, too. We're fighting this one, that's for sure!
