In this video I will spend some time squaring the center piece and then do a first cut.

Note this is the Burley (Previous Version ) as the Primo ( New version ) was released after I started.

    Im surprised your bearings didnt sieze from filing the spacers away. I think your tension bolts for the z rails were too tight causing the middle assembly to spread out. Im in the middle of building my mpcnc... My middle assembly is sloppy and I cant adjust it out. Going to try the Primo version of the middle to see if I can get that backlash out.
