Update on Nourishing Time Podcast with Salema

Hello friends,


This little update is re-introduce or introduce to my podcast. I started this little podcast project of mine in late April and l am loving this method of connecting with you all.


I wanted to create a safe, evolving and explorative listening space that can offer you inspiring workable self enquiry and lifestyle prompts. Along with practices including meditations, affirmations, poems and maybe even some yoga every now and then! All with the aim to help you make sense of it all…LIFE l mean! 


In this podcast l draw upon many fields of wisdom including science and nature to help you design and live a healthy, simplistic and harmonious (ZEN) lifestyle in the age of Technology.


Managing devilish emotions and negative/fear based thinking can undermine our physical and mental health. Therefore, finding the middle path by learning about our emotional intelligence to work with both positive and negative thoughts becomes the key to cultivating more joy and fulfilment.
