Nearing its first anniversary, Twelve has established itself as a destination restaurant and a shining star amidst an already oversaturated Portland restaurant community. Pastry Chef and Baker Georgia Macon is an integral part of this success, working with Executive Chef Colin Wyatt to create a plethora of delicious and thought-provoking desserts and the now iconic Lobster Roll. We spent a day in the kitchen with Georgia to better understand her process and enjoy yet another standout dinner while we were at it.
