This high pressure web shooter is the closest I've ever come to the real thing, what do you think? Should I continue improving the web cartridge design?

Brilliant work mate, I look forward to seeing where this idea can go if you stick with it!

Makes me happy to know that I'm not the only one almost killing myself with a CNC machine. Thank you Joel!

Every time I check for "real web shooters" I see some improvement over the years. Back in 2015 I remember a viral video of someone who could shoot webs that looked like Spider-Man but couldn't hold their weight, now around 10 years later the community has finally overcome that. I wonder what you'll do next! Soon you'll be swinging from building to building!

This is insanely sick considering I’ve always heard that replicating peter parkers web shooters would be “impossible” awesome to see that turn more into a possibility with each of these cool designs!
  • @Weisz
Bro this is crazy!!! Such a killer concept, I can’t wait to see what you do with those anchors next
  • @Kizit
I love that there’s this whole community on youtube thats grown around making webshooters a reality
  • they usually show the web that spiderman swings from is actually multiple strings wrapped around each other, and when it latches on to something the ends spread out to hold on to more of that surface. So if you figure out how to make that effect you won't need an anchor in the future, other than that great job.

7:55 i guarantee it's possible for you to do. Amazing work as always also i've realized ive been watching your vids for months and never subscribed, i had to fix that
  • @spooderman69
This is so amazing and spectacular and you can do it at home aliens not included

Make the web anchor collapse into the CO2 cartridge and then when its fired the outward pressure of the co2 would cause it to "Blossom" open like a flower, or a net, or a hollow point round. If the anchor is metal and inside the co2 cartridge, then the glue could be pre placed/heated in the center. Not sure if that's the best description of the idea. But I'm sure by now, you've come up with an idea way better.

I think the best part about these kinds of invention-style videos is that there's always the comments section to help give constructive advice and suggestions, really brings the whole community together

Its amazing to see something that I've always seen as impossible come to reality little by little, Great Work!
  • It’s an amazing feat to accomplish for sure. All the work you have done is already bringing you that much closer to making the real thing. It is so cool, thank you for bringing spider man that much closer to reality

Stan lee thought of this 60 years ago and even now modern technology cant make it. Such a legend.
