• Summary:
The listener is guided into a hypnotic trance and is instructed to forget their name. They are led through a progressive relaxation exercise, focusing on different body parts to help them relax. The listener is reassured that their name will come back to them after a while. The file then describes the process of entering a hypnotic state and suggests that the listener's mind and body are becoming more relaxed. The relaxation spreads through the listener's body, reaching their shoulders, arms, and eventually their head. The file then introduces the idea of dropping deeper into hypnosis and suggests that the listener is in a gentle hypnotic state. The listener is then guided to imagine being in an elevator, which represents going deeper into trance. The file counts down and the listener is encouraged to relax and go deeper with each count. The file then suggests that the listener's name is slipping away and becoming harder to grasp. The listener is guided through another countdown, and as they go deeper into trance, their name is described as dropping from their mind and becoming lost. The file concludes by counting back up and guiding the listener to slowly wake up, but their name continues to slip away from their thoughts. Finally, the listener is asked what their name is, implying that they have forgotten it.

I didn’t forget my name, but every time I tried to say it out loud I couldn’t. I knew it in my head, but my mouth just didn’t want to say it. It was so weird and then I gradually started to say more of it until I finally got it after like five minutes. crazy. And super relaxing
  • The farthest It ever gone to was my name slowly falling away, but I have never felt so relaxed before. Amazing video!
