It is all about feeling healthy and not looking healthy. That is what my mum tell me. Love you mum<3. And surround yourself with the right people, who aren't toxic and don't judge.

i know social media is important for content creators but ever since i deleted all my apps and online profiles, I've been a lot happier

It sucks when it is your own mother who keeps comparing you and judging your looks

I am a 14 year old girl. Sometimes I just can't help comparing myself to others. I ask myself why I'm short, why my legs aren't as thin as theirs, why they swim faster than me, why I'm not as pretty as them. Whenever I see their perfect faces and bodies I feel weak myself. But today, I watched four of your podcast videos and to be honest, it really saved me and made me feel amazing. You are a very positive girl. So I just really want to thank you and tell you that we can work together to love ourselves. Love you, best friend ! XOXO 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Thank you for your honesty. I hundred percent agree we have to change 10 years ago. I sold my body to get breast implants to feel more accepted. I ended up being sick for 10 years going to doctors, medications, supplements, diet, cleanses, and could never figure out the issue. I ended up having breast implant illness! They were releasing so much toxins into my body. I felt poisoned every day. I am three months post explant. And I love my body so much, it’s scarred now and so beautiful. Please please please let’s change this for the future generation let’s learn to eat and move and think and a healthy, loving way.

you have wonderful nails. and about the fitness bubble - you are one the few who really make a difference, who teach acceptance and balance and selfcare and selflove in a right way. So please don't stop or drop out. Your workouts help (me) in every day life, helping with the struggle, helping with staying focussed, being and staying motivated.

Anna, you don’t have to feel perfect all the time. I understand what you are going through, and it is hard. But you are beautiful inside and out and the most inspiring person I know. I recently joined your app and I’m excited to grow with you. Grow with Anna is exciting because it is to GROW. It’s not to be perfect. It’s to grow! I just want to let you know that you are a great fitness influencer. The only one I have watched that have kept me healthy and happy. I’ve stopped comparing myself to others because of you ❤️ God bless, Have a lovely start of April And happy Easter 🪺🐰

My philosophy in life is it's ok if you want to compare yourself... but make sure to compare yourself to a cookie, because you want to stay sweet forever. The cookie is your inner child... take a look at little Anna and try to say something negative to that child (it's not possible). Little Anna just wants a kiss and a hug, so make sure to give her what she wants especially when she's older.

Hi Anna, you’re not like other fitness creators on the social media. So, please do not compare yourself with them. I am working out many years with your videos on youtube. All of them are perfect and effective. I really understand the difference as I am already following others on youtube. Please just be as you are and share with us your great videos and your smile. :) I am also really happy to get to know you closely thanks to your this new page. You are exactly what I thought you were. You are beautiful and one of my best friends who is remind me always I am also beautiful. Thank you Anna! 💫❤️

sport should bring you health and pleasure at any age. That's the main thing. the intensity of training and its nature should depend on your functional state now. But you have to have fun and be healthy.

My mother was the worst projector, she would tell me to suck my stomach in, hold in my farts, she gave me laxatives when i was in middle school... so my fitness journey is healing from all of that. Thank you Anna for being vulnerable ❤❤❤

You are so right ,Anna. I lost my period after I done the terrible “ Lemon Detox( 14days no eating, just drink a little of lemon coconut water )10years ago after I had my first baby. I was so stupid at that time, I just lost a little bit weight but I lost my period for almost 7 months, then after I got eating disorder, I don’t know how to eat, and I don’t know how much I should eat. I run 6km everyday, and I became very upset sometime, also don’t like myself. Then after I turned to a very slim woman, 43kg from 55kg. I was not happy, at that time I want to have my 2nd baby. I stopped running, and stressing myself. Now, i have two boys, I have regular period, I eat healthy, and workout sometimes to make myself feel good like you said. I’m very happy, and I’m growing. ❤

Hi Anna I have been working out with you here on youtube and on your app for almost a year now. You are definitely not like other fitness content creators. You have a totally different vibe, with the way you wave your hands, smile and move in your videos :-) Plus, your content is challenging, motivating and realistic. You are the best out there! Sure, you had to create certain content to satisfy the algorithm, but maybe you've reached to that point in your mental growth, where you've had enough of certain things. That's natural. Don't wait for the world to change (or, for that matter, the fitness community). I think you should keep doing what you love, because you are your best when you come from love. That's how you attract, that's how you create change. That's how you attracted me and so many others! Whatever people do from watching social media or workout videos - is their own mental space. It has nothing to do with you. So, as long as you act from love and integrity, all is fine! Much love 🤍 Helen
  • thanks so much for making this. i have an eating disorder and i am always comparing myself to others. you’re totally right there are some creators that create vlogs with unrealistic goals. this is a great message and i really really appreciate your strength! Thanks Anna!
  • We should work out not to change our body but to take care of it because it takes care of us 24/7, and we need to be grateful for it. See your body as your life-time best friend. Don't use it for your selfish superficial goals aka looks, instead give your body enough care, love, and appreciation, and it will give you even more in return.

comparing yourself to others is a thing that most people do automatically when they see someone "better" than themself. and i think even the people we see as "perfect" sometimes compare themselves to other because there’s always something that you don’t have but someone else does. comparing yourself to others can actually be beneficial because you might make a goal that you want to archive but it can also stress you out at some point
