    African Continent is full of incompetents and corrupt leaders in the public offices, left and keeping the majority in hunger, diseases, food insecurity, poor education system, unemployment and lots of problems, economic-terrorisms.     In 1985 regional/nepotistic disagreements between Uganda National Liberation Army Commander, General Tito Okello(Luo-Acholi) and President Milton Obote(Luo-Langi) over the promotion of Smith Acak Opon(Luo-Langi) to replace the late Gen Oyite Ojok(Luo-Langi) instead of General Bazillio Okello(Luo-Acholi) caused a coup against Milton Obote .
