  • The fact that this show is 5 days old and it already has a fandom is honestly mind-blowing
  • I like how Caine fundamentally doesn't understand why everyone wants to leave, and tries to make the "exit" part of the map.
  • Caine: “You cannot swear” Pomni: ”I have access to the ENTIRE curse word library”
  • @zarajday
Imagine finding out you'll spend eternity as a bunch of random shapes including a triangle head.
  • The implication that Kinger was “the first” and us learning that there have been already dozens of former characters that have essentially broken is crazy
  • Jax seems so goofy and nonchalant at first, but the cracks in his character betray a sense of just how angry he is to be trapped in the Digital Circus. He cares a lot about his friends, but has become so jaded that any expression of that care comes out as mean and distant. He's a very interesting character, and I look forward to watching his development.

I was here at 20 million, and i remember rewatching this over and over to hope it got the recognition it deserved. Now we are at 300 million, congrats TADC!

Reminder that Caine isn't evil. He's an ai who lives in the virtual world. He literally can't comprehend why people would want to leave or how. He wants to help them, which was stated by the creator. However, his reality is the virtual world, so he can't help them. He's not evil either. He genuinely wants to support the other people, but his roundabout way of doing things unintentionally creates obstacles for the cast.

I like how the atmosphere of this show is both wacky and dark at the same time.
  • @corestarluv
The fact the video has a huge amount of views, accumulated over 1 million likes and has a fandom in less than a week shows how good of show this will be
  • This is a very clever take on a psychological horror. The dark undertone is sugarcoated with this whimsical and colorful children’s world. Very impressive work.

17:36 is a very somber moment. This is the first time Pomni has seen herself since arriving in the Digital Circus. This scene highlights the gravity of the situation for Pomni. She realises that this isn’t a dream.
  • Yknow, i just had a thought. Im amazed that nobody had a lasting reaction to Kaufmo abstracting. Pretty much everyone brushed it off more than anything, with Caine even making a joke about his abstracting. There doesn’t seem to be a way of “dying” in the digital circus, but abstracting is the closest thing to it; completely losing your mind, your body becoming something atrocious and violent, with no remnant of what used to be “you”. With Kaufmo, that was straight up just a dude dying, someone they might’ve known for a long time, and they brush it off like it’s nothing. Hell, I’m surprised Pomni didn’t even say anything (though they did look disgusted after Caine’s joking demeanor about it.)

Y’know it’s interesting how unmalicious caine seemingly is. Although he’s clearly crazy, and rather dismissive of his “characters”, he shows genuine care about them, why try to “stimulate” their brains? Why give them their own rooms? And why would he go through the trouble of creating a exit, if you were trying keep them there for a reason, or drive them crazy? Or even when he deals with obscured characters, he sends them to a “vault” instead of deleting, destroying, banishing, it’s like he is trying to find a way to fix them but he can’t because “he can’t control minds”. So it’ll be really interesting to see how this wacko of a ring leader turns out, malicious puppeteer, or crazy care taker?

This is, hands down, the most exciting thing I have seen in a long time.
  • Ngl, I would be down for being sucked into a digital world and live purely for shenanigans. Cause atleast there is no homework. Or deadlines. Or the crushing weight of being alive but barely have the time to enjoy it.
  • @RoosterCinema
Great job on this to everyone involved, very professionally done.

Love that Michael Kovach has become the voice of every "bratty snide smarmy smiley typically lanky or twinkish (and usually not fully human) male side character in an animated show pilot on youtube" .... It is surprisingly not such a niche category of character, but he's still managed to get a pretty strong chokehold on the role in the industry, it would seem
  • My friend and I have this theory that the gloinks attacked Zooble because she tried to swear.
