Michael Thompson has been incarcerated most of his life. During this sit down he shares his most intimate thoughts, philosophies and his experience in the California State Prison and recants his days as a made man in one of the most feared and respected CDCR organization. Thompson, now in his 70's, is perhaps the most well-known ex-Aryan Brotherhood member, who joined in the 1970s then dropped out in the 1980s. We were honored he granted CInemills TV a rare public interview about the notoriously secretive prison gang that he testified against. He was featured in two early 2000s TV documentaries on the Aryan Brotherhood, where he said he dropped out and began cooperating with authorities over outrage that the gang’s other leaders authorized an Aryan Brotherhood member named Curtis Price to murder the father of a former gang member. When he was finally granted parole in 2019 after more than a dozen denials, he pledged that his life of crime was over and said he’d taken a vow of nonviolence that would last for the rest of his days. Come along for a deep dive into Michael's spirituality and ideologies and you may be very surprised by his stances, on incarceration, etc. We want to thank Michael and his amazingly supportive wife for making the long trip to share his story.

It's refreshing to hear from someone who has spent so much time incarcerated come out and express so much optimism.

Imagine being incarcerated for something you are innocent of and also told you can't practice religion. Then, after making the best of your worst years, to come full circle. I have so much respect for him and the humanity he spreads.😊

Another banger! Thank you for the upload, and effort you put into this channel.

The man did 45 years after he flipped. I have an old friend that knew Michael in the 70s at Tracy before he was sent to Folsom and before he dropped out. He had love and respect for him then, and has love and respect for him now. Keyboard warriors should keep their mouths shut about things they know nothing about.

He's a good storyteller, and he articulates himself well, but I don't believe the majority of what he claims he has done and other people that have been locked up with him say he's not being completely honest.

Michael, so much respect for you!! My older brother spoke nothing of his time in Florence AZ as a penitentiary I heard many stories about him, not knowing the true from the false but ignorantly riding the coattail of his name. He has since past and I am (for the most part) clear headed and left with many questions. And being left with questions I let my unbridled mind makeup illusory stories. I so much wanted to show him a different side of life but he was 6' 4" +- 280lbs and I stand 5'7" and 160 wet . I've followed your story for many years and always think of my brother . Anyways...... thanks for being you!! L&R
  • Love listening to Michaels stories, very intelligent man. You can tell he has lived many lifetimes

Cinemillstv !! Your best body of work on this one. Can we get a part 2 interview??
  • Mr Thompson you have my admiration, not only because you are a bad ass who can fight like a pro, but also because you educated yourself and had the courage to testify against the brand. You are charismatic and i think a lot of people are jealous of you so they are talking nonsense. Greetings from Israel
  • At his birth , Thompson slapped the doctor who tended to his birth. As a result they became respectful friends and that is how Thompson earned his MD and how the Doctor became an honorary native healer.
  • The other thing that makes you a warrior and not just a problem is that you fight what's in front of you not because you hate what's in front of you, but because you love what is behind you.
  • I enjoyed this interview. Michael is a very charismatic and intelligent man. Spending 45 years in prison and coming out intact whilst still looking very sharp is quite something. Ive revently seen photos of Michael in the brand back in the day, the dude looks like a machine.

I'm 50 years old I have seen and read many interviews but this has been the first time I have been over impressed. This man I very intelligent and is people like him that make a difference. I'm looking forward to his book. And I'm glad he has found the was of transmitting his emotions and love to someone...his wife.
  • That’s pure confidence the way he responded about ratting. Walking self assured.
  • Worked with a guy in Alaska who did time with him. He kept a punk for over five years.
  • He is very intelligent for sure but I 100% disagree with his views on child molesters. He seems more worried about the rights of child molesters than the rights of the children to be left the hell alone. Anyone that preys on children deserves the ultimate penalty.
