Pretty dirty deal by the Sheriff's Office and Prosecutor to hide evidence against anyone. The Judge was so proficient on the law.

If they had the nerve to hide evidence on a highly publicized trial with a celebrity, imagine what they do on a daily basis with ordinary citizens with no access to the best legal counsel.

In this case, Baldwin can afford a real lawyer and can't be forced to plead guilty to avoid bankruptcy because prosecutors just pile up charges against him .

I never understood why he was charged, he had no reason not to think that everything was taken care of properly. He had no idea that those involved in the handling of the gun screwed up.

I never understood why he was blamed for this in the first place - he wouldn't have anything to do with someone bringing a live round to a movie set.

It was never his fault to begin with. The actors had to trust the armorer, and the armorer was negligent. Alec Baldwin is as much a victim of this horrible accident as the deceased. This case has been tormenting him and he's been dragged through the mud.
