I was happy to hear the zarya one. I'm just getting back into OW and I'm by no means competitive but I always feel bad if I don't grav a whole team or perfectly coordinate with the rest of my team

For the Zen one, there is a reason it's called "forcing" ultimate. If you don't use it you'll be way worse off than if you use it early, so you're "forced" to use it at an inopportune time. From what I've seen it seems like a lot of people are scared of having ults forced out of them, and don't realise that ulting is sometimes the only option.
