That's a great looking smoked trout! Must have been tasty and pretty simple. I have a pellet grill myself but still haven't caught a trout worth taking home lol. Word of advice for that nice new grill, get some liners for the drip tray or just line it with several layers heavy duty foil. Easier clean up. You just peel off the dirty layer everytime you start a new cook. Cheers!
