The prone version of the finishing move is a direct reference to how Godzilla finished off his opponent monster in the 2014 movie, known as the 'Kiss of Death'

The Shimo Pack is the most bang for your buck. Mastercraft weapon, cool tracers/impact/kill effects, finisher, and operator skin. The other ones are $24 for either tracer only blueprints, weak finishers (except the king kong one that's super cool), and/or non reactive skins.
