- IT IS FAMICOM. WITH AN M!
- According to LuigiBlood, The Satellaview did not have any monthly fees. Apparently, only the radio part of St. Giga required monthly fees.
- The BS Homepage only has information about broadcast dates up-to 1998, so I assumed they stopped broadcasting after that, however, LuigiBlood clarified it went longer. (Albeit, without Nintendo's support.)(bszelda.zeldalegends.net/broadcast_dates.txt)

Do you know about the Zelda game that you could only play once a week? And for only an hour! Today we are going to talk about Zelda BS, Ancient Stone Tablets, the history of St. Giga, and theories about what happened to the games!

I CANNOT REPLY TO ALL COMMENTS ANYMORE. I wish I could, but it was starting to wear on my mental health. Sorry to everyone who I couldn't respond to. BS Zelda Homepage: bszelda.zeldalegends.net/bszelda.shtml [ FUN FACTS ] - Most of the music in this video comes from an album called "The Legend of Zelda: Sound & Drama". This album was used frequently during Ancient Stone Tablets when it originally aired! - If you like Jazz and Hippie Nature sounds, here is a link to a St. Giga Playlist = youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBxzJydCQYLMKfWn48Rso69… [ SOURCES ] BS Zelda Homepage: bszelda.zeldalegends.net/bszelda.shtml Archive about St. Giga's Decline: web.archive.org/web/20160303182437/http://belarus.… List of Broadcast Dates (Slightly Innaccurate): bszelda.zeldalegends.net/broadcast_dates.txt Wikipedia on Satellaview: en.wikipedia-on-ipfs.org/wiki/Satellaview.html Another Wikipedia on Satellaview: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satellaview Fandom Wiki On Satellaview: nintendo.fandom.com/wiki/Satellaview Roo the OG BS Historian: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDVxSm-_iM4

“Have you ever binged a Zelda game?” I spent 8 hours today playing the original Zelda for the NES and finally beat it for the first time in one sitting😂
  • @Wiimonkey2
I may be a Zelda veteran, but I learned so many new things through this video. Nice job. :D

Ancient Stone Tablets is at least somewhat preserved thanks to those optional memory cartridges you mentioned and the absolute mad lads and lasses who held onto them for so long, thus allowing the Zelda community to piece the save data for each broadcast session back into a playable fan recreation of the original game (minus the live events and voice acting of course). I dunno about the other two games though. 🤷

LMAO Nintendo literally streamed Zelda Events like it was fortnite. Nintendo really was ahead and behind time at once.

I think it's pretty cool to make Zelda games like this. It's almost like a TV show where you tune in every week to see what happens.
