HOW TO MAKE FILIPINO SPRING ROLLS (Lumpiang Shanghai)

FILIPINO SPRING ROLLS (Lumpiang Shanghai) is one of my favorite filipino dish I always prepare in any occasion. It is also perfect for freezing for your unexpected visitors coming to your home. I prepare four times of the recipe as I need to bring to church to share for our sports fest. The recipe is: 500 grams minced pork, 100 grams shrimps (optional), 1 medium carrots, 1 small onions, 2 cloves garlic, 1 egg, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1/4 tsp. ground pepper.
