    Dear Barbara. Thank you so much for your valuable presentations. Such a blessing. I am over 70, and I have done the hiit on my rebounder for years, and I know the benefit by experience. You inspired me to do more, to alternate hiit exercises like going for walks, I have beautiful walking tracks nearby, along Caboolture river, running 30 sec. walking 90 sec. alternating for the first 15 min. of my 45 min. walk. I also do once a week Pilates.
  • I have been rebounding daily for 20yrs.. I now have and use a Jumpsport 350 pro..It is a bungee rebounder and so easy on my now 58yr old joints, it is quiet and FUN! i use it while watching tv during the day and at night for 5 min health bounce..sleep so well now.. Rebounding is so GOOD for us!👍🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
