14 months (sort of) of trail camera action from Big Cypress National Preserve in southwest Florida. I put this trail camera in August of 2022. I came down a few times to check this camera and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't take the camera home because none of my keys open the python lock. I continued to put in fresh batteries and SD cards just to salvage a trail camera pickup episode. It ended up being a pretty good spot so I'll probably put another camera there in the future.

The gator and the young bear tussle is highlight! great catch.:hand-pink-waving:

Maybe you could get the bears to bite through the locked cable 😅
  • Always a pleasure Tim. Always enjoy the "critter cam". ... and it's always a bear that will tear up your camera. That's a bummer. It's like it's a magnet to them. Be safe in your travels, Sir. Take Good Care of You. xo

Tim, you gotta wipe the peanut butter and jelly off your fingers from your sandwich before you handle your camera’s. Those bears love it ! 😂😂

Bears just have the unique ability to spot a camera anywhere. They must have a super sense of smell. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Tim. Always enjoyable to see your videos. ❤

The bears will get that camera off the tree for you.

Wow, that sure was a great spot! Lots great shots of bears, deer, cats, and an alligator as well! Sorry about the camera. Thanks for sharing!

the bears sure know it's there. i wonder why they are interested in it.

The "bear brawl" was really cool. I will never understand why bears seem so fascinated with plastic items. I remember seeing multiple 5 and 6 gallon gas cans with tooth punctures at Kodiak Island. You would have thought after the first mouthful of gas, they'd have stopped.

Loved those bear cubs playing and the wild Turkey, at least I think it was a Turkey,. The deer were awesome as always. it's not a bad spot and the pic turned out really nice, lots of activity there. looking forward to your next video Tim.

As always, thank you for sharing. I don't think those bears like being filmed. LOL.
  • Great video! It’s nice to see you collecting the memory cards from the swamp and the footage of the deer too! Thanks for sharing

Like seeing the alligator marching through the woods looking for a new pond . Nice native Bromeliads at the beginning of your video.
