Should you buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid? I've had my 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid for almost one year and I share with you how it's been doing while we perform the 5k service on the car.

In this video we'll do the 5000 mile service of my Camry Hybrid. I'll share with you some tips on services of new cars.

Also I'll share with you the things I like about this car and some things that I don't like about throughout my 1 year ownership of this car.

Toyota Manufacturing should give you an award for being the most honest, hard working mechanic.
  • @samp987
This place is one the cleanest mechanic shops I have ever seen in my life.
  • @Nico-vt4il
I bought one in November 2023! Liquid Mercury, black 19's! Blacked out tint, hot looking car, enough power, goes around corners real fast! 800 kilometres to a 50 litre tank of fuel! Best car I've ever owned! 47k in Australia!

Bought 2018 Camry LE Hybrid new. Now with 160,000 miles and still running strong. No issues yet.

I have been driving both Toyota and Honda minivans while my kids were young. Because of your review my next vehicle will be a 2024 camry hybrid. Keep up the good work.
  • If people took care of their cars like this from new, they would last a lot longer. I often see old guys here in Sweden (many previous Volvo mechanics) that drive old Volvo S60:s, S80:s, V70:s, etc that they bought new, and even though they are 15-20 years old and have high miles, they look absolutely perfect. I suspect that these are the types of people that treat their car's quite similarly to you. Good job!
  • AMD Thank you for the video! I have the exact same issues with my 2020 Camry LE. Car shipped to me brand new and it had gaps everywhere like it was in an accident, the uneven panels scratched each other and caused rust in the trunk and hood. But the biggest issue is the ticks and rattles. I've spent over 30 hours fixing it with felt tape, silicone, and Noico deadening, I'd say 80% of them are gone (especially the one in the AC front dash rectangle), but the rest have driven me to insanity. This is why I will be switching to an ES250 in the future. Love your videos man!

We just bought a 2024 Camry Hybrid Nightshade....we ❤️ it!
  • @jaqueitch
The care you take on the vehicles is remarkable. Kudos to you!
  • I did the same 1000 mile break in oil change on my 2021 RAV4 and yes it did have some “glitter” in the oil. Did the second oil change at 5000 miles. Thank you for your unbiased opinion on our Toyota products!
  • @bolddiamond
You’re the greatest!!!!!!! I just hit 1,200 miles on my new Camry hybrid! So glad I saw this! Will schedule the oil change this week!
  • Excellent job showing how a typical inspection should go on a low mileage vehicle. Thank you for the video, keep up the great videos.

AMD, thanks for another great video. My 2021 Camry Hybrid LE with 26K miles has been a great car. The car drives smooth and gets over 50 MPG. Just took a trip to the NC mountains and the Camry got 52.7 MPG on the the 250 mile trip. Ever now and then mine does have the buzz sound coming from under the dash. In 14 months of ownership, my oil has been changed 5 times. Zero reliability issues with the car. Looking forward to many more miles.
  • I bought my Lexus 300h few months ago and because of you and thank to one of my good friend I've been already saved few good hundred pounds by doing myself all the oils and filters. Just finished my differential and transmission oil and filter. Thank you so much for explaining us all those things. May God keep you and bless you 🙂
  • I’ll say one thing about the OEM wiper blade refills. I have a Honda Accord and used to be one of those guys that would buy the $50 wiper blade replacements at the auto parts stores when it was time to replace my wipers. That was just crazy….the Honda & Toyota OEM refills cost like $11 to $14 dollars and they are the best wipers you can get. They are also super easy to replace.
  • This is my first time watching this guy and I honestly trust him with everything he says really humble and honest mechanic!
  • @luvingfully
It's always great watching you work as you are one that cares a lot about doing your work well.
  • @bubba4072
I really enjoy these videos. ...just an amazing vehicle. You cannot beat that mpg for that size vehicle. To say that's impressive, is an understatement.
  • @markhayes100
We just bought a 2022 XSE hybrid this weekend, looks just like yours. Totally geeking out on your videos, thanks for this content!
  • @BrucifyMe
Incredible, resisting the urge to clean your engine bay for your audience benefit. This guy deserves all the success.
