    Was wondering why the Uni knots you're tying failed so badly in your own testing while Uni knots kick ass in Toit's knot-testing series and in my own personal experience as well. I've never seen a Uni knot tied the way you do it, very bizzare. Try tying the normal Uni the way Toit describes it here on YouTube and you'll get much better results. Be sure to lubricate and pull the tag end for 99% of the knot synching, NOT the standing end.
