When this song came out I always think she was singing about me 😂😅😀.

I have been writing ✍ in Diaries/Journals nearly all my Life. Writing ✍ in them is very meaningful to me and so is this song. I know Britney wrote it herself and though I was a young girl when this first came out, it still speaks to me profoundly all these years later. "Dear Diary" evokes such innocence, introspection and youth that I truly miss and yearn for in Life.

This reminds me of the time my neighbors John K and Benny B were 16 and use to sit in and listen to Britney especially this song on repeat writing in their diaries every Friday night. They were too shy to go out to the disco incase no doll would shift them . It all worked out now they are married .
