Thanks, Justin! You gave me advice on a previous video’s comment about a good hairstyle for my very thin hair after losing my hair to chemo. I finally took your advice and cut it short to make it look fuller. I feel like I had to go through the stages of grief to come around to the fact that my hair before cancer is not the same and it probably won’t ever be. Thank you for your advice, I am much happier with the short hairstyle 😊

My daughter is a hairstylist and she’s amazed at the people who come and sit in her chair and request a certain cut/style but then proceed to tell her that they do not want to use any product or have to physically style the hair in any way. They want to “wash and go”. You do a fabulous job of showing the techniques, offering product suggestions and making it all seem doable. Thanks for the phenomenal videos you provide.

First: Dionna is looking soooo beautiful (and young!!!) with her shorter haircut. Second: My hair is thin, flat and has NO volume. My best tip is to put a few velcro rollers around the top part of the head and let them cool down while getting dressed/ putting makeup on. 😘 Sabine

I’ve been keeping my hair in a towel lately while doing my makeup first and I’ve been hating my hair. You reminded me my hair looks best when I style it fresh out of the shower and do my makeup later. I thought I was the odd man out doing it in this order. I always see women doing makeup first. I was doing it right all along. Thank you for these videos. I’m binge watching.

I always used a mousse and within an hour, I had no volume. I took your advice and didn’t towel dry my hair and then used gels instead of mousse (because of course I had a lot of products under my sink!) and cannot believe the difference in styling my hair! Lots of volume that lasts! Thank you for always giving great advice.

Justin, I have baby fine, straight hair and at 73 I am still trying to get volume! After watching this I see why I didn't. (heavy sigh), I will be doing things differently from now on! Thanks!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great tips! How you held the brush and hair vertical is exactly what I do. I’ve never had a stylist do this. I’ve worked it out with my stylist to send me home with damp hair and I blow dry at home. Except when she’s doing a cut. Then she cuts both wet and dry. I appreciate you stating that either you’re going to have a feeling of product in your hair or your hair won’t look good. FACTS. I live in an arid climate and STATIC is my problem. Help!

The over style so it falls to what you want is KEY!!! 🔑 I curl my hair the same way too. The curls are tighter than what I want at first but when I leave they have fallen a bit but from too much volume, so it’s still voluminous! Same for volume. I look like Dolly Parton in the bathroom and by the time I leave it has fallen a bit and I have the volume I want.
