I wish people kept MechaGodzillas 1 (and its successor) and 2 separate from Kiryu because in all honesty he was his own kaiju especially after what he did in the ending of Tokyo SOS. he has his own consciousness and is a different being, having been built on the bones of a creature before. He deserves to be appreciated for being his own kaiju and not just known as Mecha G 3.
