I think it’s good that you made them look more college age! It makes more sense! When they’re ponies, they’re full grown adults with businesses and homes of their own. Making them be in college would give them more of that independence and chance to explore what they want to do with their lives that they’re lacking in the original Equestria girls

Fun fact: I don’t head cannon Applejack to be muscular, I do head cannon her to be the strongest of the mane 6 though. You don’t need to be strong to harvest apples, that’s why I don’t make AJ muscular.
