I honestly think it's crazy that I discovered Oompa back in 2016, and here now in 2024 with his new gf whom I ALSO became a fan of separately a few years back. I walk a chihuahua mix and sat for two other chihuahua mixes. They were pretty chill. Small dogs like chihuahuas are usually that way because a lot of owners think it's harmless or even cute when they act out, when in reality that probably means they're stressed all the time lol. It's possible some could be rescues, but it's still up to the owners to properly take care of them
