  • I would have asked for a picture of all the supposed broken pieces
  • @Laser2120
I really wish ebay had a better way of dealing with scammers at the moment ebay actively helps them. All the scammer has to do is send you something back and ebay will be all over you threatening the selling with black marks etc forcing you to refund them. We all know how useless ebay's help desk is
  • @aileenh7736
Tracking 48 delivery screen shot & proof of postage screen shot to the buyer seems to have a magic way of making parcels suddenly appear 🤔 funny that …
  • The only way you can "break" duplo bricks is with metal tools. It's not going to get damaged in the post is it unless the delivery van ran over it.
  • Definitely dodgy ! Had a similar thing a few years ago when a customer claimed that 12 out of the 24 magnets they had ordered were broken.... we asked for photos. The lady got very irate and said she didn't know how to do that and she couldn't ' be bothered with the hassle' to return. Left a negative which was removed. 2 weeks later found she had mastered the art of uploading pics when she listed some items for sale !

I was hearing about scams happening with cars travelling etc and then I read yours. I just think ,imagine going through life trying to make money by scamming people,it must be so exhausting. Hope they do disappear.
  • @CathE-YTfan
Is that second message his attempt at a Haiku? 😂
  • @Sallyfrench...
Gotta be evri delivery! Only those dudes could break all that Duplo...
  • @philsinclair
They are just hoping you will give them a full a refund and an apology.
  • @Stall69UK
I understand that offering a partial refund can be a useful remedy in some cases, but I wish it wasn't the 'go-to' for many resellers. The more it is done, I believe the more buyers will try to get one. I would say that 80% of the buyers that I have (claiming they have an issue) I never hear from again, when presented with the option of returning the item for a refund.
  • @handoko2020
"I don't want to buy again" - the buyer expecting you sell multiple items of the same and one of the solution is the seller to offer replacement - which the buyer did not want you to do.
  • @jansmith1925
Definite Spidey senses required on that message! Whoah!🤬
  • @daffyduk77
I'd probably lie & say, "I'm sorry, I have to apply company policy, which is to offer return through Ebay Returns process"
  • @B3NN10N
I’ve had a couple of similar issues to this… and I suspect scammers, one I refunded and one I paid for the return… however, since then my eBay sales have totally plummeted….
  • @StevePiner-m6x
Why did they say Lego in there 2; nd message in there message
  • @woofbarkyap
I've driven a bus over Duplo and failed to break it!
  • @iangee3311
I always block buyer and move on. These fraudulent buyers are just part of reality. As long as humans have been on earth, a percentage have displayed the worst part of themselves.
  • @avenuearmoury
if they open a not as described case, youve lost your money. As simple as,ebay dont protect sellers
