They about to remake the otsutsuki clan with more genes in the bank than the otsutsukis themselves. Along with durability of the uzumaki from naruto, they have the byakugan from hinata, sharingan sasuke. They also have delicate chakra control from sakura, if the jogun eye is inheritable then the jogun as well, some form of the senju clan would be in them since the uzumaki was like the 2nd cousin to the senju who had vast chakra. If the tailed beasts like kurama transfers from host to host then kurama would be part of that pool of a powerhouse. Karmas wouldnt even be needed but I'm guessing those will either be inherited or earned through various missions or ways
