There are no mountain ranges like this in my country, it's amazing to see the vistas you captured with such clarity.

I was expecting an actual roller coaster. That is more like a tram. Just hate to see what happens if the brakes gave out on that. But the view is awesome and the lake is really nice too.

I think they misunderstood the concept of what a rollercoaster is actually supposed to do. That is just a little tourist train. Taking people up-and-down a mountain, not a roller coaster. Very, very beautiful scenery, thank you.

Absolutely breathtaking! That lake is incredibly beautiful, I never saw anything like it! I myself couldn’t ride the tram as I’m terrified of heights. When I was little the Ferris wheel I was riding stopped and I was at the top. It began falling apart and fireman had to carry us down. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video with us! ❤️

Absolutely fantastic! This is an inclined railway, or funicular, built in 1926 to facilitate transporting building materials to & from the construction of the Gelmersee Reservoir. It uses a cable to ascend and descend, run by an electric motor. Opened to the public in 2001. The oldest, The Reisszug at Hohensalzburg Castle at Salzburg, Austria, still operates & dates from 1495 or 1504! Accurate date unknown. To end the tired argument below, from a wooden roller coaster hobbyist & historian (me); Inclined Railways, or Funiculars, do not coast, therefore they are not roller coasters by technical definition.

When I was just 5yrs old, I fell off a 18-20 ft cliff. Suffered a mild concussion and that was it. But needless to say I developed an intense fear of heigth8. Even though while sitting in bed and feeling like I'm falling off the bed,dizzy, whole 9yards...IT'S BEAUTIFUL!

No matter what the terrain the Swiss will have a lovely way of traversing it!
