We tried this last night and they came out good. I used a Mexican beer that I had in the fridge but will use Guinness next time. I also used my own rub as my wife doesn't like anything spicy. Thanx for the recipe.

Cool video. In St. Louis we have the best ribs--St. Louis style or baby back. And the best of the best: Pappy's Smokehouse ribs. They do not require sauce. The ribs you have made look delicious.

Are the ribs on the trivet or directly sitting in liquid ?

It isn't clear how long you cook these for. U said it took 20 minutes for the pressure and then made mention of 5 minutes but all less than an hour. Could you please explain? Also as I don't eat pork can you please provide a recipe for beef cross ribs?

I heard it said that one shouldn't put carbonated beverages in an instant pot have you heard that or heard of any problems doing it

Apple Cider, or Apple Cider Vinegar?
